Minhas Transport Ltd is seeking a Transport and Distribution Manager to manage the day-to-day operation of its HGV haulage business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning transport schedules, coordinating drivers and vehicles, managing customer transport requirements, maintaining compliance records, monitoring costs and supporting the Director with operational control and business development.
This is a full-time management position based in Birmingham. The role requires strong planning, communication, IT and operational management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director, drivers, office staff, maintenance providers and customers to ensure transport work is completed safely, efficiently and professionally.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Birmingham / operational travel as required
